REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY

Harmony Signature Studio provides digital products, including website templates, design assets, and downloadable resources.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Once a purchase is completed and files or access are delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including but not limited to:
 • Change of mind
 • Accidental purchase
 • Failure to use or download the product
 • Incompatibility with third-party platforms or software

Responsibility of the Customer

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions, platform requirements (including Showit subscription needs), and compatibility details before purchasing.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours at
hello@harmonysignaturestudio.com so we can review the issue.

Digital Products & Payment Plans

Harmony Signature Studio offers digital products and templates delivered electronically.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and selected at checkout:
  • You authorize Harmony Signature Studio and our payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the agreed payment schedule.
  •  Payment plans must be completed in full unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or removal of access to the purchased digital product.

We do not offer cancellations of payment plans once access to digital products has been delivered.

Refunds (Payment Plans Included)

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final, including purchases made using payment plans.

We do not offer:

 • Refunds
 • Returns
 • Chargebacks for completed digital delivery

Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of file delivery, exchanges are not available.
